前段时间看到‘零翁柳培琪’先生进一步将笔法进行更细微解释，感觉有所收获，在此也与诸位共享。柳先生将笔法当做一个相对固定的知识点，也就是说笔法就是这么一个回事，而将用笔、运笔等又当做是个人的一个运用笔法的具有个性的一个知识点，学习书法从笔法开始学起，是学习前者，而临帖中学习笔法则是学习后者，这两者的关系有所关联但也是有所侧重。前者有如基础科学，而后者则是基于前者开发出来的新功能、新产品。

本文是属于小篆的入门级文章，因此，按照上述的理论来说也就是前者的笔法技巧知识。所谓的中锋运笔，可以简单地理解为：笔锋在点画中行走。其特点为藏头护尾、力在其中。采用中锋运笔书写而出的笔画凝练劲挺，圆健美观，学好小篆的笔法是写好小篆字体的关键。
